It is one of our first projects as the General Contractor. We are tasked with the construction of all civil works, including testing and commissioning of the entire project.

Highlights
After carrying out the fitout scope of the client’s first project efficiently, we were entrusted with a bigger scope on the second project. The GAJ/Shepherd/ Houston and Partners designed project has focused on both aesthetics and efficiency in equal measure, which made it both challenging and exciting for us. Our project management has ensured the project meets expected LEED standards.
