Highlight

The studio on second-floor rooftop was constructed using specially extended columns and connecting beams made of structural steel.It required a complex network of mechanical and BMS connections with a focus on energy savings. Even the cafeteria called for discreet placement of the extensive mechanical arrangement. It was a complicated job, but was executed to utmost client satisfaction.
