Project Outline

Our scope of work on this project included complete ceiling works for all the five buildings at Dubai Silicon Oasis proposed as the staff residences for the Emirates employees.

Highlight

It was an extensive work as each of the towers included 25 floors and 669 three-bedroom apartments, plus an additional six four-bedroom apartments adding a total of one million square feet of residential area. The project was executed within stipulated time and budget through efficient project management and meticulous resource planning.
