Our scope on this 14-storey hotel building at DWTC included ceilings and partitions work and the timber doors and joinery package, all of which had to be executed within a 6-month period.

Highlight
Located adjacent to the main exhibition venue, Novotel receives a high volume of clients, who are on business trips. The project, therefore, required specialised acoustic walls and fire-rated doors that would make the environment sound-proof, safe and serene all at once. The cladding reached heights of 40 meters for this project.
